Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Bingual account and the personal data linked to it. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Bingual and go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed and you are signed out.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email from the address you use to sign in to Bingual, with the subject "Delete my account", to:

[email protected]

We verify the request against your account email and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account profile (name, email, profile photo).
Your learning data: progress, exercise and lesson results, review schedule and in‑app preferences.
Any push notification token associated with your account.

What may be retained

We may keep limited records where required by law or for security and abuse prevention, and anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you. Pronunciation audio is not stored beyond generating your feedback.
